Shipping Liability: 

On average the Majority of all non light bearing holster orders ship within 3-10 Days. Please allow 7-21 days for Light bearing/custom made holsters. (Estimated Lead times can change frequently due to order volume.) I understand that once my package is entrusted to a shipping provider  i.e. UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, USPS, Amazon etc.  and or any other third party  that JBHolsterMods/Holstermods.com does not have control over my package. Additionally, I agree that once such common carrier delivers my package to the address I specified, I am fully responsible for the safety of my package (please make sure that the common carrier has access to a safe location at which to deliver your package or a specified lockable delivery drop off contained box or crate If available.

Your e mail is used for account purposes receiving discounts, or special promotions by JBHolsterMods and its website service provider and your information is not sold to third parties.

Typographical Errors:
In the event that a Holster, T shirt, or other Merch or product or service is inadvertently  posted on the site with incorrect pricing, description or any other reasonable flaw due to typo or human error that we RESERVE the right to be allowed to make reasonable accommodations or revisions in the event that a purchase was made under any unintentional false pretenses. the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is voided, holstermods.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Refund Policy:

ALL CUSTOM HOLSTERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE Due to being Custom built.

Full Unlimited Lifetime Warranty.

In the event of a refund within the 30 day test drive risk free policy JB HolsterMods will  

 email a return label to the the e mail address on file when the order was placed for you  to download and send back the product.

Once Jb HolsterMods has verification the product is in the Shipping suppliers system we will generate a refund back to the Original payment method that was used at the time the order was placed. Takes between 3-7 Business days depending on your banks policies. 

Once Jb HolsterMods has verification the product is in the Shipping suppliers system we will generate a refund back to the Original payment method that was used at the time the order was placed.

In the event you no longer have access to that payment method (Closed Account etc.)

Refund may not be issued but we can offer a store credit for the original purchase amount.

You May be required to ship back the product / item before any refund or store credit may be issued this is at the full discretion of the JB holstermods.(Other terms and conditions may apply)

Termination:
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. I understand and agree that if I decide to file a complaint against holstermods.com / JBHolsterMods or any of its owners, agents, officers, or employees that such a complaint must be filed within a court located in Hampshire County, Massachusetts. Furthermore, I agree that any such complaints not filed within Hampshire County, MA shall be immediately removed to a court within Hampshire County, MA and I agree to reimburse JBHolsterMods / Holsteremods.com and any other defendants for the costs of defending against the wrongly filed complaint or effecting its removal.  I also understand that any complaint or legal suit I file against Holstermods.com, and any purchases I make from Holstermods.com, shall be governed solely by Massachusetts law. This includes any suit filed against JBHolsterMods / Holstermods.com by someone else as a result of my purchases from holstermods.com
